Shailen Talsania


Shailen Talsania, is a British national residing in Singapore for over 8 years, with 18 years total professional experience, working across the EMEA and APAC regions. He has provided strategic advice and detailed delivery for occupiers, owners and developers on an individual and regional basis. Shailen has managed a range of projects covering corporate fit-outs, hotels developments, retail and multi-use developments in both an external Consultant and internal Client role. He is able to manage internal Stakeholders and external delivery teams through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning and handover stages. Shailen has strong communication skills and an ability to identify and drive core project objectives. 

Senior Project Manager

Andul Razak B. Jaffar 


With more than 18 years of Project Management experience locally and regionally, Razak has established a strong understanding for managing hospitality, commercial fit-outs including retail and residential projects. He has a strong record for project delivery and team ethics coupled with exemplary core managerial and leadership ability. Being a highly effective communicator compounded with great interpersonal skills enhances his ability to manage stakeholder expectations whilst delivering each project in a timely manner.

Commercial Manager

Sophia Tan


Sophia, a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years experience working as a consulting Quantity Surveyor on a wide variety of projects and forms of contract in a variety of market sectors. She has worked in the UK, UAE, Malaysia and Singapore.

Sophia is a Chartered Surveyor which provides her with the fundamentals of cost management best practice. She is proficient in local codes, legislation, forms of contract and procurement models. Sophia is the managing QS for our Singapore office and is actively enagged in the delivery of projects, typically in a managing role where she provides leadership, stakeholder interface and reporting, project governance, peer reviews and resource management.

Quantity Surveyor

Marvin Evangelista

Marvin is a Quantity Surveyor (10 years Quantity Surveying experience) with civil engineering background who is conversant in contracting and construction practices. He has been involved in a variety of commercial, hospitality, residential and institutional projects in various service sectors within the APAC region. Capable of supporting full cycle project delivery from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage, Marvin is skilled in preparation of preliminary estimates, cost plans, tender documents, tender appraisal and post contract administration including interim valuations, variation orders, final accounts and financial reports. Marvin’s diverse project experience has equipped him with knowledge of various contracts including SIA (Singapore Institute of Architects), PSSCOC (Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract) and REDAS Design and Build Conditions of Contract. Marvin works closely with clients and consultants to achieve tight timescales and commercial controls of project budget.

Dennis Chan


Dennis was the Retail Team Leader for the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort project. He is responsible for the coordination and documentation of 1,000,000 sq. ft. of Singapore's absolute prime retail space. In addition, he is also Team Leader for the refurbishment of the Holiday Inn Park View in Singapore. Since the completion of MBS, he has taken on the role of Project Team Leader for Project Synergy--the refurbishment of Suntec City Reail Podium and Convention Centre. This project comprises over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of retail and convention centre space.

Executive Principal

Simon Thompson


Helming Singapore's office as an Executive Principal of Aedas Interiors, Simon brings with him over 20 years of extensive international design experience. His profound knowledge in hospitality and residential sectors allows for his expertise in driving creative processes for works done spanning across Asia, Europoe, and the Middle East. Simon is particularly focused on conceptual design and space planning. His expertise in constantly reviewing market trends to ensure projects are relevant for future developments in the hospitality and residential sectors has allowed him to produce award-winning designs that are financially viable, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Michael Goodman


Michael Goodman is a former Executive Chef who transitioned to hospitality Concept and Design when he realized that opening successful restaurants was his true calling. For the better part of the past 12 years, Michael has called Bali, Singapore and Dubai home, and he directs our growing Singapore office with a special focus on Concept Design and client service. He has designed successful projects in China, India, Southeast Asia and the United States and his high level experience as a chef with multiple luxury hotel brands, gives Michael a unique perspective on food and beverage concepts in the hotel context. At the same time, he is responsible for multiple independent concepts throughout Asia and is a sought after speaker on leading trends in design and concept.


Senior Director of Facilities & Security

Tang Teck Wah


Tang joined The Club's Senior Management Team in January 2008. His experience also covers project management from concept to final delivery, ranging from interior fit-outs projects to construction of new buildings. He spent 8 years in one of the leading private international schools managing its daily operations as well as overseeing its phased reconstruction program. Tang is trained in Mechanical Engineering, Business Information Systems and Technology, with Post Graduate studies in Information Security & Intelligence.
